Gas or Charcoal
If I'm cooking, definitely GAS -like the ease of use and the control.
If someone else is cooking, maybe charcoal - since the flavor is potentially (if done right) better - and they have to deal with the set up and clean up
for speed and ease of use - gas
for flavor - charcoal
always charcoal would rather wait for good flavor
for speed and ease of use - gasfor flavor - charcoal
yup, same here:D
Cant beat the taste from something grilled on charcoal
gotta go gas...the benefit of the charcoal taste is greatly outweighed by the PITA of cooking on it. Meat prep is key on a gas grill and you can easily produce a steak/fish/chicken that is superior. This is assuming you have a good quality gas grill, the fiesta specials are tough to deal with and I'd rather have charcoal then those.
I don't care, just Kill it and Grill it!

But, it's not copyrighted in it's singular usage.
If time permits or on the beach, charcoal has my vote.
Gotta' agree with that taste everyone speaks of.
Just slammin' something together real quick at home, LP...
Now quit messin' 'round and light ANY fire!
Use charcoal when I have the time for slow, indirect cooking,,,in a hurry gas.
Its gotta be wood. Or it aint even grillin. Fire Fire fire ..... uh huh huh
