Back Bay NWR Report - 26AUG12 - EPIC.

2 posts in this topic

That got your attention didn't it? Fished the beach down at BBNWR yesterday from sunrise to sunset. Was joined by a whole cast of people, Steve, Paul, Neil, being some of the guilty ones. Most of the day was puppy drum, all over, two at a time. biggest being about 15" i think. the important thing to know is that we had a sand tiger blitz at DEAD LOW TIDE. Never have i seen so many sand tigers that close in, in that shallow of water, around 930am. some of these were big too, biggest one being 70inches. this sort of thing kinda re-enforces the idea that I dont like to swim in the ocean. Steve (aka Capt Ron) got his first Sand Tiger, and a beast at that!

you REALLY need to read my blog. it was a great day. DO IT.
