Yes, You can Launch at Jean S Roberts park, Susky state park or in the City of Havre de Grace, at the marina. Tons of Yellow perch are being caught on the PerryVille side of the river, from Garett Island south. Most in deep water. Its been Really wild for the last month, saw about 30 boats out yesterday. They are all limiting out. You can always call me at Coakleys Pub, or stop in. Most of the fisherman hang here. Plus Walleye are starting to be Caught at the Conowingo dam.

Yellow Perch have now moved up into the Northeast river, some still being caught in Greys Run. Conowingo Dam has 18 flood gates open as of this post, Looking to be more then 20 open on Saturday. The river is a mess, So much debris coming down has made fishing the Susky hard.
