Has anyone else eaten this stuff? I just had a 3 week dry aged porterhouse. It was the most tender steak I have ever eaten. No knife was required. The meat was falling apart before I put it on the grill. If you really love good steak, and you can find this stuff give it a try:icon_pray::icon_pray::icon_pray:

I just tried the dry aged angus hamburger grilled over charcoal with peach wood.:happy5:

Peach and/or nectarine wood are by far my favorite woods to smoke with
