The National Weather Service has issued a Coastal Flood Warning for Worcester County until 8am on Sunday. Strong north to northeast winds between 20 and 25 knots will linger through this afternoon before winds become west northwest early Sunday morning. The persistent strong onshore flow will result in the potential for at moderate coastal flooding around times of high tide early this morning or between 630 am and 830 am. Waves are expected to remain between 7 and 10 feet over the adjacent coastal waters this morning diminishing gradually this afternoon. In addition to the possible moderate tidal flooding the increased wave action will also result in minor to moderate beach erosion through tonight.

I'm thinking NPS has closed down the OSV area, or at least part of it.

We will find out tomorrow. I am thinking about heading out for a couple hours.
