Ive got a buddy that is determined to go out to the Chesapeake light this Friday. Ive never been out there and i don't think he has been this time of year before. Can anyone tell me what we might want to be set up for, and what might be running out there right now? Any reports or advice would be greatly appreciated.

if we get some clear weather an water temps get to about 67 68 your most likely gonna get on some spades thers a reef 1/4southeast of the tower that holds some good fishing also well good luck ............

I will be out there next week looking for Spades, Sea Bass and Tau Tog.

we went to the light bout three weeks ago and saw tau togs,spades, and some sea bass, thats about it,

thanks for the report. I think we are going to try for drum instead. Ill be on the "Scratch Pad" if anyone decides to fish at the mouth of the bay.
