Departed Willoughby ramp at 0730 hrs with a first time Jet Ski Fisherman,

Richard Yepez, President of Roy's Fishing Outfitters. He is in the proccess of

rigging up some Yamaha Suv's for fishing out of Costa Rica and Venezuela.

Today we went straight to the first Island and anchored over the tube in 10-

15 ft of water. It was very slow fishing but I did manage four fish 15-21 in.

All were caught on fiddlers. Saw a couple of tog caught around me as well

but nobody was tearing them up. Water conditions were fair SW 15-18 2-3 ft.

Richard is dropping off his Waverunner to get it rigged up by Albert Martin, of

Martin's Custom Stuctures. Next month Richard is going to fish on his jet

ski with me in Hatteras N.C. for Dolphin and Tuna.
