It's cold, windy and often wet.

But the Stripers are already wey, they don't mind the wind and the water temp is where they want it.

So where are they?

It seems that Virginia is holding them all around the CBBT, guess they haven't paid the toll and can't cross.

They are still getting them just to the north so they haven't all made it past the MD shore.

The Chessie is holding some nice fat cows in the middle and southern reaches of the Chessie.

There is still time to bring in a nice fat one.

Bundle up, take some hot drinks in a thermos and head on out!

Hit the beach in mid O.C. yesterday for about 5 hours, managed one 20" shorty rock.
