its a shame the NPS just rolled over on this. I am not even sure you could call those negotiations good faith.

I mean, really what did the NPS have to lose over this?

All the good, hard working, Outer Banks business supporting folks.

Plenty of places to fish in South Carolina and FL, just take longer to get there.

At least FL buys up oceanfront property to convert into recreational use.

only a matter of weeks until it is all gone if you ask me. the closures will get bigger with each violation/disturbance by 50 meters the first time, 100 the second, and 500 the third. last week alone there were 18 violations.
