watching a fishing show called Dollar wise Fly on Versus.

the guy went to a restaraunt and got

Smoked Mullet.

ummmm ok

new use for leftover bait?

My dad and grandfather used to eat it often. I don't remember having it, but it would probably be good.

It's served in the south, I got Snapper instead....

I love smoked Bluefish so I guess I'll try Mullet.

Sam, you have had smoked Blue, remember the stuff I brought last year? You SAID it was good....

Perhaps Mullet is similar.

There is a restaurant in Clearwater Fl. that serves a smoked mullet spread as an appetizer and it is one of my favorite foods. The restaurant is Frenchy's Seaside Grill. I do not know the recipe but would love to find it.

could be sea mullet...that's whiting/kingfish in NC.
