A netter friend of mine reported that he has been catching herring, bunker and some nice stripers half way up the Delaware Bay. It's probably still a little too cold for a decent bite, but they are there. On a side note, I'll be taking some fresh bunker and herring with me on Sunday when I dunk the boat for the first time in the Nanticoke River. Does anyone know who has some bloods between Dover and Seaford?

I picked up a bunch of herring today for 3$ a dozen.:happy5: A nice mixture of branch herring and gluts. It's nice to know a comm.:icon_rr: I salted a couple of dozen and froze them and I'm going to chunk a bunch up Sunday afternoon in the Nanticoke looking for an early striper.
