For the 4th time in less than a week a SPADEFISH was landed along the rail inside RUDEE !! If I had not been there to net it myself I would have never belived it either !! I have fished down there since 1981, over 25 years and this is the first year I ever saw one caught there. Word is there are 100's under sandbridge pier this year as well, not big size but good numbers of them,Dave is a tourist but fishes down here several times a year....come on back touron !!

I don't know too much about Spadefish, one what do they hit on and how do they taste? or is it just a C/R

it was wierd once i got one one on squid casting out to the middle of the cove near OI bridge from the catwalk, was looking for a bait fish and got a lil scrappy fighter so iguess they could be any place the jellys are
