Wow, I can only imagine. CG will get one of em this year. At least in the 60's.

Got a link for this one?

I heard of 63 but not 68, last June.

it's all over the other boards with pics. SOL has a few threads on it.

I was able to find one thread on sol about it. The pic indicates that the weather was a little warmer than it is now, looks like a fall pic. Someone else further down was talking about "a large fish" being caught last year. I'm always skeptical until DRN says it's true.

Extrodinary claims demand extrordinary evidence.

I see no evidence yet.

Remember, these ARE fishermen, they don't tell lies, do they?

Now, it IS true that MD DNR caught a 96 lb striper in a net some years back. Somewhere on the eastern side of the CB, doesn't count as a record 'cuz it wasn't hook & line.

I saw a link somewhere for the virginia pilot which is a newspaper. I believe it, they get bigger every year.

Oh I do believe it, sure do....

I just have a problem with these kind of things until it's official instead of a little drab here and there.

Like I said, that pic showed the guy dressed for summer, not the weather lately.

I also heard it was 5 miles out with a 3 mile restriction which means illegal catch.

One of these days the full story will be released by DNR.

Yeah, I know they're out there...

No doubt!
