Looks like I'm going to give it a run this week/weekend. As usual I'll drive the whole beach and check it out, probably end up more south then north but who knows.

With the NW in the forecast I'm taking the yak and shark reel, plan on dropping some huge whole bunker way out over the bar as long as the water doesn't take my breath away. If that rod goes off I'll know I've got something special.

Tempting....but i wanna see some reports of some landed before i go again - if I go, it will be a last minute thing. Otherwise I'll shoot for post-fling timeframe...

I posted looking for guinea pigs...looks like I'm it.

Trowpa, if you wouldn't mind staying home I'd appreciate you not bringing a nor'easter with you this weekend, I'm trying to fish man!

Hope to see you out there Bob.

Spent far too much time today reading reports from last May...I'm ready now.

If nothing else I'm going to fish my tail off.

Just talked to Sam about bait, I'm hitting KI for 100lbs of hopefully fresh or just put in the freezer. Should have bunker to spare! Just need to find some clams. Think you can track some down and then trade bait?

See ya out there.

No yak either 60* air temps take too long to recover in, next week!
