Just had a couple of Black Tip steaks.

One cajun style and the other was lemon-herb. The cajun was better.

Half of each was tough and the other half like a nice thick pork chop.

The cuts were from close to the tail, not the best cuts.

Next time I'll be sure to get another cut.

Steve, we are gonna have some great shark steaks this summer grillin on the fire. I'll show you some GOOOD eatin. :D

I'll bring the wood and rocks for the fire pit to throw the clams in.

Need enough line on a spool to get a Mako, hahahaha!

Not a chance...

There aren't many Sharks close-in that are real good eatin'.

Some of 'em have pretty mushy meat. I'll ask someone that knows which ones are the best to eat.
