With the incoming new Governor do you think Gambling (slots and gaming tables) in Maryland will become law? Under Uhrlich they estimated that with the passage of gambling the revenue generated would be between between $870 million to $1.3 billion. Of this the state would take 25% along with licensing fees. A majority of this money would go to education. AS it stands now over 50% of Marylanders want gambling to become law. No gambling centers would be allowed on the Eastern Shore or the Baltimore Harbor if they go with the old plans and guide lines. How do you all feel about more gambling in Maryland?clear.gif
