  1. For Rock and Trout, in a deep baking dish. I place rock filets skin side down in the center of the dish. Place cut potatoes, carrots and onion around the sides of the dish.season lightly with salt and pepper. in separate bowl, I mix 1 tbsp. melted butter, 1 can tomoatoes, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 crushed garlic clove. Pour this mixture over fish and veg's. Then place strips of bacon on top of the fish. Bake at 350 for 45-1 hour depending on size of fish. Enjoy !!!
  2. I've been trying to attach a pic.. to this page.. just can get it. Don't know what I'm doing wrong? One was a 38.5" and one was 39" Went back out to day... But, didn't fair as well. Now off to work. Have a great night... Hope your going fishing !!!
  3. Finally had a great day on the Bay. !!! Just got home. I think the water has hit the right temp.. Caught some nice Rock on Bloods and Spot.
  4. This was a great day for Rock : Trout on the other hand... were there... but small. I'm leaving on Saturday afternoon ( this girl is on a mission) not coming home until Monday. Have great week....fishing.
  5. Thanks for all your helpful input. I was hoping I'd have some awesome fishing pictures from this weeks O.C. surf tourn.. But...!!! Weather put a damper on yesterday. Still fun with Great Friends though !!!
  6. Hi all, I'm new at this web site... My first day here.. I love it. I have submited 2 pictures. hope they made it !!! I fish off Deal Island. I sent 1 pic. of "My Rock" It was a 37.5" rock. My husbands Rock was 39" We caught these nice Rock on Bloods...from Hitches, Best bloods on Eastern Shore.
