Mostly
used for bottom fishing, the Top and Bottom Rig is made with
two size 2 NS Black Baitholder hooks attached to 40lb. leader
so that they stick out about 4" from the main line and
are spaced so the hooks are about 10" apart. They have
a barrel swivel on the top and a crosslock for weight attachment
at the bottom.
