Refuge Beach report 7/22/07 am
Caught few spots and a 4' toothy critter this morning. Had the beach pretty much all to myself
 And heard LIP had a big cobia earlier last week.FYI, there is a new officer at the Refuge so make sure you have your fishing license and Refuge pass or Duck stamp with you as I hear he is checking them! `bucket
