Zebco spinner model 33 70's vintage

I have an old Zebco 33 that was my Dad's. It's a great reel...the drag works fine..as well as the bait clicker. My problem is stopping the line from reeling back out...unless I hold the handle still. I am assuming that the small lever on the bottom left is the anti reverse lever....would I be correct? .... and no I wouldn't part with it for the world. Any links to old zebco lit. would be helpful.
