I think we are in for a rude awakening.

During his campaign, he continuously spoke of how "he" was going to make things better.

During his victory speech he spoke of how it was up to "all of you" to make things better.
But they still bought into it, it was like a religious cult.

I don't see how he won double the Electoral votes when the popular spread was only 4%.
And that's including the cemetery of voters, an entire pro basketball team fraudulently registered, voter fraud in numerous states, etc, etc.

Every past and present member of ACORN needs to be run out of the country.

Politically uneducated people should not be allowed to vote.

But...
He is our next President and I will support him (as everyone should).

I agree with Steve! It is a shame that so many people vote and have NO idea of why they are voting for someone.

In the end I don't think its the president that really matters, its going to come down to all the house and senate seats that where lost to the democrats. I know nothing about most of those races, but i hope those candidates that did win are experienced and actually have a clue on how to change things rather than just a bunch of smart talk.

Default Good-Bye Democracy Hello Socialism

The Vote break down

1/3 vote for him because of his race

1/3 voted for him because he is democrat

1/3 vote for him because they did not know the real issues

More concerned over various rights, remember Joe Biden HATES all guns. Whay do we need a "cilvilian police force"? hmm.
Best suggestion is to make sure everyone pays close attention to what they are doing especially with little changes at time that sneak under the radar. Who is going to pay for National health care?

with a minority now in the office of the president there should be no reason for affirmative action

Commentary: GOP should ask why U.S. is on the wrong track - CNN.com

How did we get McCain instead of this guy? Seems like the GOP party missed the boat big time on the endorsement.

Oh well, hopefully we will see Ron Paul 2012, or at least someone with the same values!

Default wow

All I can say is wow. It is all smoke and mirrors guys. Dems, Reps, Mullahs, Socialists, Capitalists, they all want the same thing... power. Look at the our history; we have moved so far from the original ideals of the enlightenment/American revolution and are slipping fast into a new age of media fed obesity-stupitity. Time for a new revolution. Locke, Jefferson, Franklin, they are rolling over in their graves.

obamas health plan

the faq
http://www.barackobama.com/pdf/Obama...lthcareFAQ.pdf

Q. Won’t my employer drop coverage?
A. No. Employers who do not offer meaningful coverage to their employees will have to
contribute a percentage of their payroll to help offset the cost of providing coverage to all
Americans. In most cases, this will eliminate an employer’s incentive to drop coverage.
Some small employers will be exempt from this requirement.

sounds like socialism to me

It would be nice not to worry and talk about something else, but when people stop talking to one another there will be a day that you wake up and say what happen, and wounder how and why? That's one day that I don't want to see. So keep asking, why this and not that or how about that and what if we do this and so on. The day the people stop asking questions about there government and it's leaders is the day that you put your life, liberty and freedom in someone else hands and lose the control of your own life and freedoms... To me that is one thing all Americans can not afford to let go of.

very nicely said Dave - there are men and women who put their lives on the line everyday to preserve our life, liberty & freedom - the least we can do is question the leadership who makes the decision to put them there.
