There has been quite a debate about liberal media bias in this election. The mainstream media has been repeating DNC talking points about Palin. US magazine just came out with a cover calling Palin a liar over her baby with Downes syndrome. They are reporting that Palin's daughter with Downes syndrome is not really hers, that it's her daughters. A recent cover of US with a photo of Obama and his wife had glowing words about how much Obama loved Michelle. I wonder why the media is not reporting on Biden lying about the deaths of his wife and infant daughter for political gain?? Biden again repeated the lie about a drunken driver just prior to his exit from the Primaries. he has repeated this lie at least 6 times according to a recent article in the DOVER POST. How many times do you have to repeat the same lie in order to be termed a serial liar?

I wonder why the media would print lies about one VP candidate, and then hide the truth about the other VP candidates serial lying problem?

Does anyone here think that the mainstream media is NOT showing a liberal bias? Why?

A recent poll shows that over 80% of the American public says that the media wants Obama to win. I can't believe that about 20% of Americans can't see it. Maybe 20% are in denial.

Stop reading the "main stream media" it will make you go insane...
do your own research and make up your own mind, that's what they don't want....

Agreed, stop reading the garbage rags, the Washington Compost, etc. Get educated, learn for yourself what the candidates are about and vote with knowledge.

Nothing worse that uneducated voters, which probably amounts to 85% of the voters...

I agree that the television media is obviously bias towards the left. I also find it difficult to actually get unbias information from any form of media.... Most polititions are so pollished and thier speech writers are incredible. That and the fact they tend to talk out of both sides of their mouth (depending on who's in the crowd). I guess looking at thier voting record is the only real way to see what they really are about.

Any other suggestions?

Even that can be flawed because of all the pork barrel politics that go on as well.

Also take into account....

They may vote nay for a Bill simply because of a rider or attachment to a proposed Bill. So their vote may not really say if they are for or against the main item in the Bill.

They always tout, "Look at my voting record".
Yeah, ok, surrrre......

Ya really got to get into the core values of a candidate, and that is difficult if not impossible.
