Yep, we'll have a canopy as well. I'm thinking of grabbing a coupla tarps at harbour freight to protect against wind etc.

By the way, if anyone wants to buy a good canopy cheap, JC whitney has the quick setups for $45.

LOL!! I bought an el-cheapo last year. It lasted 10 minutes before the uprights bent. Just make sure what you get has thick enough legs.

The ones from JCW are nice. I just got one, and it's pretty sturdy.

My brother just called from the beach, said he has one striper in the cooler and has lost a couple more this afternoon. Got the camper packed for the fling, bringing one large gas grill, one small gas grill, two wheelbarrow loads of firewood, screen house and large tarp, plenty of beer and bait, Wife says I still have to bring her, but do-do happens. If you are on the beach after about 4:30 tomorrow just look for the "THE PARTY'S HERE" sign in the bullpen and stop in. Cant wait to make some new friends this weekend. Wish I didnt have a Dr. appt in the morning, would be down there then. If anyone can man the screenhouse (Drinking and Socializing) tent for about an hour from 3-4pm I can be there by noon. I am just not sure the rangers would like the screenhouse set up unattended in the bullpen while I run to Selbyville to pick Pattie up from work.

The weather is looking better and better according to weather.com. The wind might actually come out of the N/E for a while and now only a 30% chance of showers.

We might actually catch a few fish this year!
