Camping in Ocean City
Are there any campgrounds in or near Ocean City? I know only of Frontier Town but I have never stayed there. I have a small popup camper and a 17' boat. I have two kids, 11 and six. What's the rub on Frontier Town? Is it nice? I'd like to stay somewhere that had some shade. Any info on FT or any other spot to campground would be greatly appreciated.

I live about a mile from frontier town and I have met a few folks who camp there. They never complained about it and they have a ramp for boats. They have a western theme park with a train ride, cowboys, Indians and other fun attractions. I would give it a try.

yeah FT is pretty good as it offers more than just a place to pitch-a-tent, also there is Eagles Nest on Rt 611 and if you dont mind the sand and a few buggs thers always AI
