Default Neuse River

Fished the Neuse last weekend and stumbled into as many drum as we could catch. 30+ small black drum and at least half as many puppy drum all in in the 18-27" slot size. Caught a couple TB flounder and croaker, but no specs. Using fresh shrimp on light tackle - a lot of fun.
