Question Shark River

I hear there are a lot of good reefs off the coast of Belmar to fish. Shark River is supposed to have great fishing from shore. October and November seem to be prime time for big stripers in Jersey. I'm not familiar with the Shark River back bay fishing, does anyone have any input on this?

I've read good baits depend on what you are going for, like clam, bloodworm, squid, spearing, bunker, peanut-bunker, I also hear fishing artificial baits like fin-s lures, and bomber long As yellow at day, black and purple at night!
