hehe, i live not far from deal island, and have family not far from gunpowder.
i fly fish the gun for trout, its a great river, haven't tried the other aspects of it yet.

running out of deal island will let you catch allot of fish. rock, aka stripers are there now, see my report on the boating board. hardhead are in force, and perch. its not far from there to the bay, and is doable on a calm day in a flats boat.
