Went in search of the bigeye bite yesterday (maiden voyage for the new LONGFIN), real nice fish blew up on the spreader bar after lines in and ran away with one of my GM spreader bars. Fished from 250-500 fathoms north of the washington, yellowfins were mixed in with skippies which started to be a pain after a while. Ended up with 8 yellows and probably threw back that many. Boat ran great and everyone got to catch fish, even me. Fish ate just about everything but wanted it tight to the transom. Should have some pics later today.
