Fishing Saturday
ok after dumping tons of money in my boat i decided enough was enough. I purchased a new one and it is ready to fish. I am going out saturday and am looking for any inside info about the tuna bite anyone been out. I know the hotdog masseys and hambone but these spots will be pounded by the tournament guys so I want to get off the beaten path and hope to get into a few big bluefin

went out saturday headed to the mid lumps then the washington canyon......found a brownish scum line it was huge there was a mess of dolphin under it and we picked up 3 there. the tuna bite was off we pulled everything and no tuna. we fished from 430 to about 6 pm it was along day so long ran out of gas 4 miles from shore. new boat did not have the gas situation dialed in but i got it now. it was flat calm out to the cannons kicked up a bit out there but all in all a great day.
