Beer the night before?
Milk the morning of? OJ the morning of? You will/should eventually figure out the small things that make you sick. When I was a teen - I used to eat breakfast in the morning and my stomach at times would get weak. I figured it was the milk. Then it was OJ and now its Beer the night before! LOL! Ginger Tabs seem to work for alot of people. It settles your stomach. I'm not ashamed to say that if have a sinus infection I will take a ginger tab before I go to bed and maybe 2 or 3 when I wake up. Try it... You need a couple hours to let is get into your system. The problem is... NOTHING will work when you are already feeling it so, you need to be proactive.
