Boat Trip!

I usually go pier/surf/bank fishing, but I have managed to talk my father in law into taking the boat out for a trip this Sat. Morning. We are going to leave out of Middle river and heading down towards the bay bridge. As he nor I know diddly squat about where to go does anyone have any good suggestions.. From my research it looks like Love Pt. has some chumming action going on.. but thats just what the DNR page says.. Figured I would ask the people who would know! Has there been any action chasing birds? As always any suggestions or advice is always appreciated!

Love Pt, Parker's Creek, Turkey Point, Gas Docks, etc.
If you have parachute rigs, try dragging them, green has been a good color for years, but it DOES vary.
Most any of the drop-offs along the side are decent, watch how the current flows for chumming.
And yes, if you see birds working the water, stand off and throw metal into the fray.
There is also the warm water discharge from the nuke plant. That can be productive, again, it varies.
Not positive, but I think you are still allowed to get up to it.
