I have an ocean master also. The heavy is rated for 6-12 oz. It's like fishing with a telephone pole.

No way!!!! I love my Big OM.....there's nothing telephone pole like at all about it.

It's as stiff as a telephone pole if not as big around. I like mine for the big stuff.
