Hi everyone, I am looking forward to meeting you all on Friday. For those of you who don't know, I am Sam's wife. I am going to try and organize who is bringing what so we don't end up with a bunch of rolls and no hamburgers. (I would cringe to see someone use bunker as replacement.) About the grills, I just called and was told no wood, no charcoal. The guy I spoke to said only gas grills are permitted right now. Sam said he will double check that when he gets home. As far as food, we can set up lunch around noon and then again around 4:30. Sam and I should be out there by 10 a.m. with some community bunker. I'll post below this a list of things to bring and keep editing the post as people confirm what they are bringing. Feel free to call us if you have questions at 410-641-2987. One more thing, what is the best way to clean your hands out there?

Everyone has volunteered to bring stuff, so if you could, please confirm before Thursday. Sam and I will pick up anything else still needed. Here is a tentative list. Feel free to make suggestions. You all are certainly more experienced with all this. (I went by what has been posted so far, let me know if you want your name taken off or added to something else.)

No firewood needed :(
Bait ~ Sam
Coolers ~
Ice ~ BTF (Bev)
Drinks ~ everyone/anyone
(2) Tables/tailgate ~ Esoxangler
(2) Gas grills ~ Esoxangler &
:chef: Masters of the grill ~

Hotdog rolls ~ Sam
Ketchup/Mustard/Relish ~ OCSnapper

Plates/forks ~ OCSnapper
Bowls/spoons (chili) ~ Coop
Napkins/Paper towels ~ OCSnapper

I'll be bringing my big cooler too. But don't forget, I won't be out until after we get off the bay, and if we're lucky I'll be bringing a couple filets

Ok, so I won't have my big cooler, I calculated gas and can't see driving my truck when I am not getting a 4x4 permit. Well not when I have a car that gets 36mpg. So I should have a smaller cooler as well as the table.

:chef: I'll be bringing deviled eggs and a variety of muffins. I also got a monster bag of air popped popcorn. I think we might also stop and get a bucket or 2 of KFC. I also got a big thing of hand sanitizer (one of the perks of being a :nurse: . We won't be getting down until about 8 pm, so we have the munchies for the late night crew :P

Carrie, glad to hear I won't be the only girl there.

My grill is one of those jobs that has a cooler underneath so I plan to bring something to cook, besides hamburgers and hotdogs since they are already spoken for. I will look around and see what looks good. Maybe chicken or shrimp? I will also bring some sodas/water. Let me know what you guys want for drinks. But I don't have enough room to bring them for everyone.

I also will have a bottle of some fine scotch for anyone to sample if they want.

I think the way to go with drinks is to have a couple coolers set up by the food and anyone who wants to bring drinks can stick them in there. I talked to Bev earlier and she will take care of the ice. I have one cooler (never used for bait, about 10 that have been used for bait). One more and that should hold them. Are most people coming out at night or during the day? I am not sure how long I will be out there once it is cold and dark.
