Thumbs up Thresher Shark

Dave with Maryland Coastal Bay's Program sent me these awesome pictures of a thresher shark swimming in close during the cooler months last fall. The picture was taken by a friend and given to the Coastal Dispatch. Don't need a yak for this bad boy...

Default I wonder

I posted a picture of a thresher shark that I found dead on the beach. I wonder if this was the same creature that was in it's last phase of life and then washed up on the beach? I found the shark the last day of October.

Just goes to show what can be caught in castable waters.

Has anyone ever landed a thresher from shore yet on AI?
