I have been keeping a plastic tape rulers in the kangaroo pouch of my chest waders. I bought it in the craft dept of wally world for a buck or two.

Came in handy a couple times.

nice fish Dave, sounded like you had a tough run on sharks this season but a nice striper and a big ol'red may have changed your focus anyway.
I have had my fair share of shark late this summer, I think between the end of aug and beginning of sept I landed at least 8-10 nice sandbar and dusky. As I told Sam my goal is to land at least one of each of the targeted species that migrate past AI this year, all that is left is the Fall striper. Technically speaking I have already reached my goal just want to make it official.

Ya know, Great Whites also migrate past......

Congrats on the Red Dave!!!!!!!!!!
I know she was a fighter.
I think I'll have another Drum steak tomorrow night. MMMMMM!!
Now, if we can get CG, Coop and a few others to join the club.
If water temps stay constant, will the Reds stick around?

Nope, no slots. It's 18-27 this year, right?
Neighbor had some pups from a week long trip. Not quite a steak but close enough.
