Spring Fling games and raffles

I'm putting together some games for the kids ( young and old) for the Fling. I would like to know about how many kids (young kids) are going to be there and their ages. This is so I can plan appropriate games and prizes.

Now for the bigger kids, I am planning a raffle or 2. We're going to be raising monies for Atlantic Anglers to bring a world renowned surf fisherman to Ocean City for a seminar in August. We need to raise money for airfare and room/board. While I know money can't change hands on the beach, I thought of a way to get around that.

If you think you might like to participate in the raffle, PM me or post up. I'll get more details up on the prizes in the next couple days.

This years fling is going to be a blast!!!!!

I've got kites to fly, hulas to hoop, prizes for kids big and little.
I just hope that the fish cooperate

Since we can't have money chamge hands on the beach, and how may people actually bring cash to the beach, how about a silent auction for the prizes??

Bev from Harbor Tackle and Keith from Alltackle.com are donating prizes as well as the Big Kahuna Portable shower from UNLCC.

Baskets by Barb is donating a spa basket and we're waiting on a couple more sponsors to respond.

We also thinking about doing a 50/50 and pulling the winner at the beach.

Remember, all the money raised is going to bring a world renowned Surf fisherman to Ocean City for a private seminar for Atlantic Anglers.
