Big Rock working the shore?
I was just informed that a lot of big Rock are working just offshore, anyone heard about it?
He said they are inside 3 miles. They alledgedly are weighing in at 40+ pounds.

dont know about offshore, but ive been told by a commercial netter they have been releasing quite a few over the slot. some in the 48"+ and 40+ lb range from the bay tribs
