Default It may be a long fishing season

I don't know what the temps are going to be at the shore but around DC they are predicting above average temps for at least the next ten days. Gonna hit 60 by Tuesday.

I'm betting there will be good fishing around Christmas!

Default Long Season

I just pulled some info off another site it was posted Sat Dec9, goes somin like this, Long Island New York saw a Striper blitz last week that compares to the best ever blitzes. The big stripers were moving down the shoreline in record #s and are moving south. If this is true and I really believe it could be GET THEM RODS READY!!!!!!We could all be in for a late season TREAT! With just the throwbacks and a FEW bigs mixed in we are over due for a run on them HoG'S.

If the water temps permit, I think we still have alot of fishing left.

Default Heres the info

Heads up from NY
Hey guys,

This past week the bass have been blitzing the beaches on the south shore of Long Island NY in near record numbers. Of course I missed it because I was on a business trip. But the guys I spoke to said it was unprecedented! The sudden drop in temps. seemed to have kick started the migration up here and the bass are moving out in droves.

Does anyone know how long it will take these bass to reach us in VA
