Default About your gull

I heard that a frenzy of feeding blues can take a leg or two from a gull...

Blues are bad news. They can tear up an eel in a wink!

Esoxangler,,,did in fact do that this morning before work, 4am - 9am, and ended up with some doggies,,,wind blowing from the south pretty good and some grass and crabs,,,had to use 10's to hold,,,I logged an awful lot of hours with not much to show for it this fall,,,I guess its a repeat of my spring fishing,,,I'll keep casting away,,,hopefully I will get into some action but things are looking a little bleak,,,I guess I am starting to get a little bummed out,,,early winter time blaaahhs,,,I'll keep giving it a go on a regular basis until water temps drop below 45*.

Hey Coop,

Keep at it! All it takes is one big hog! Any of you guys going to be out over Thanksgiving weekend? Somehow I have to find a way to get away from my in-laws to do some fishing. I imagine that people will be fishing till early December at least, is that right?

Someone will end up with a BIG fish yet, why not one of us?

I fished for a few hours tonight for the first time in WAY too long. I got some excellent bunker from Harbor Tackle and thought i would have an eventful evening. Well, there were no crabs, no skates, no isopods, but plenty of these guys.

I made the mistake of putting my finger in his mouth (thinking he didn't have teeth like the smaller ones). Ooops. :?

Howdy Sam,

Ouch! that looks like it hurts.

It also looks like you have a spiney dogfish there. I had one of those rascals bunch a hole in my waders with his dorsal spine because I was not careful with him.
