hmmm interesting....catch more fish/destroy an industry????????????? I havn't had much luck but I just don't think I am using them right.

I did the same thing last year. I had a double bottom rig on and real bloodworms on one hook, Fishbite Bloodworms on the other. I even reversed the posititon to make sure that wasn't making a difference. I caught more fish on the Fishbites than I did on the real bloodworms, now there is a reason for that, you can catch 10 fish on one piece of Fishbite where you can only catch 1-3 fish on a real bloodworm. The big problem with Fishbites is they are meant for warm water, so Spring Striper season you aren't going to get the fish on fishbites you would when the water is warmer. I hear gulp is good for cold water though...

Now you'll never be able to find the blood worm flavor!

I honestly think you catch more because it stays on the hook and they can't pick you off, and because it's so thin they get hooked easier.

You'll be able to find it......Worst case scenario, order it online......there will always be a place where you can get it if you look hard enough
