I just got the seat for my 12' SOT. I have no idea how to attach it the best way, does anyone know how?

What seat? Is it factory or after market?

its a factory seat with 4 clasps, 2 on the part you sit and 2 where you lean back. I'm only using the seat for the bay.

I'll have to see some pics to figure it out.

Mine attaches in the back to mounting hardware and then up beside me to stabilize the top like this.
