Kayak seats

I have an ocean Kayak..Scrambler xt angler.. It came with a seat. It is thin with several stays in the back for support, I was hoping for more. It is about 10 inches high, and has a seat that is about 3/4 thick. What seats do readers like? I have read some of the suggestions. What about the ocean kayak seats?

A real nice seat will run you about $100.

If you are operating the yak in the surf zone, like taking out baits, leave the seat out. It makes getting in difficult and more things for your line to tangle in.
