also, I'll be getting into OC @4AM and might stop at Dr. Unks for breakfast if anyone wants to meet-up there. its at the Sunoco station on 611 @1mile south of RT 50

Randy, with that huge cooler you should go down to sunset and pick up the bloodies! Although the boats won't be in until around 4:00pm and many beers later =).

How are we setting up for this thing? I don't think we can do it like the spring Striper deal. 500 yards of line will eat up everyone's rig during a fight with a good chark. I know we all don't want to be pulling in when someone hooks up. How do we envision this working? I'm just asking because I think everyone should be planning on having their own bait stock if we need to be that spread out.

I don't know for sure when I can get there yet so I'll commit to bringing stuff when I am definite on a time.

well, one thing I plan on doing is only fishing 1 rod in a sand spike and leaving Phillip in charge of it and I'll be walkin up and down the beach tossing plugs 'n stuff in the surf and chatting and drinking wth everyone

now Dave, we'll still need more coolers and ice than my 1 94qt igloo
Im comming down in Barb's Beach Buggy, so space in it is limited

Im going to have out about 6 rods. I think everyone should bring their own bait. It would be easier then having to walk down the beach to get bait. just my 2cents

well, it might be too early in the morning for me to pick-up any fresh bait. so what I might-do is set-up 1 rod wth a Sabiki Rig and catch some fresh-stuff in the surf I'll share of course
