Dave, I can bring black bean and corn salsa, shrimp salad with rolls or flatbread, fruit salad, brownies, cookies, beverages and good weather ,,,it could be hot and am thinking cool refreshing foods,,,I can also bring my large webber kettle with charcoal if someone is bringing burgers/dogs,,,I also have a small table that I will bring,,,anything else you really need, just let me know.

If anyone wants to bring large canopy or screen tents they would be most useful.
Any food prep/serving areas OTHER THAN fires could be kept away from the buggies.

If you have a personal screen tent ya might want it to put it by your rig, especially if you are bringing a lady. Bug bites = Turn Off.
I know BPS had the 10X10 for $40.

OK the list is looking very good thanks to all that have ofered to bring things to the Fling. I have a gas grill but it would be to hard for me to bring it out if any one can help me get it out I will be glad to do the cooking and if you think of anything else just let me know

Dave, I have a small portable gas grill I could bring, if that helps? I could also stop by your local and help you load-up yours, if your going tobe up early, @3am on friday?

ok, let me know. 1 other thing I thought of is for more shade, if anyone has some of those cheap blue/green poly/vinyl tarps, we could string them up between my truck the EZ-UP and another truck that has a roof-rack?

As far as lager goes, I'm either ale or porter but I always bring my own, as most others do. Bring whatever ya fancy and enjoy!
Arghhh matey, me tinks a pint a rum would do me timbers well.....
