Sam, I am heading out around 11 am and plan on fishing well into the evening,,,Going on a bunker hunt in the morning,,,Bev had 5 nice fresh left for me and she thought she was going to get more later tomorrow but since I am heading out earlier, I need to find some more bait elsewhere,,,may just use some frozen and maybe some live spot. I did buy 3 dozen clams and just got done shucking them,,,they are fat,,,I just hope the skates and dogfish arent thick or those clams will disappear quick. I plan on throwing everything at them including the kitchen sink . I may even stuff a head with a clam . I plan on staying close to the north end but may venture a mile down looking for some structure. I am sure the beach has changed after that big blow,,,if the surf is flat, structure location may be problematic. The surf was still pretty sizeable today and hope there is some swell left tomorrow,,,I like fishing with some kind of wave action.

Went out on the beach a few hours before high tide and a couple hours after high tide,,,lots of skate and one nice 37" striper just after dusk. A beautiful evening as the sun was setting. Another great day on the beach .

Just got home from the sand. No luck with the striped ones, but did catch a few skate and doggies. It was nice fishing with OCSnapper. Thanks for the brews and good company. I'm probably going to try again tonight and then again tomorrow and then again on Sunday...

It was a beautiful night on the beach. I only caught skates and doggies, but it was so relaxing being out there. The only thing that bugged me was the Park Patrol was riding up and down the beach with thier bright lights on. They also kept looking into the surf... Come to think of it, I hope everything is okay. :?
