Default Temagami, Ontario, Canada 8/19-26

Well, I am heading out in just a few weeks for a trip that I hope becomes an annual event with my Girlfriend and Kids. This year we are going to ontrario and are staying at Lake Herridge Lodge http://www.lakeherridgelodge.com/ It should be a great trip. We opted for the Family package which gives us a 2 bedroom cabin on the lake, boat, motor, gas and one day trip into the remote islands all for $845. Another trip that I am excited to come back and share the stories and photos with you.

OMG!!!!!!!!! What craziness. It is absolutely insane!!!!! Its ridiculous how much stuff I have. I'm trying to get everything organized and situated. Between 2 Rods per person, 1 4 large tray soft sided tacklebox, 1 Large Packpack and 1 small daypack for hauling stuff around, 2 portable fishfinders, 1 bait Bucket, two leech keepers, Dry Food stuff (so we don't have to buy it there), Clothes for 2 adults and 2 kids, I really think I'm going to need to pack a u-haul trailer to get all my junk up there. I guess the true test will be when I'm packing up the back of the ForeRunner on fri trying to make it all fit huh?

Looking for some nice pictures when you return! When Ryan and I head north for muskies and bass I bring at LEAST 100 pounds of baits. Muskie plugs, some of which are over 8 ounces each, and bass baits. Both hard baits and plastice. Gotta have multiple of everything. I have seen it happen where the fish will just eat one style crankbait in one color.
