HOLY COW! I wish I could do it, I'm saving my skills for the Striper Tourney and I used my kitchen pass yesterday.

I was wondering if someone could use a net like you would on a bay boat to get the fish out of the surf? Its gonna suck trying to hold my rod and land the fish or waste valuable time putting the rod in the spike. I saying all of this like im actually gonnna land a fish but it would be good to know

No nets allowed. Gotta beach the beast by yourself.

Good luck to everyone involved in this tournament!

Rule M. States: Any fish killed in the tournament becomes the property of the tournament. Does this mean any fish registered? What if its a whiting or a bluefish. Once measure can those fish be used as bait, or do they have to be surrendered to the judge if they are dead. Unless a judge is standing right there when you catch it, chances are it will be dead when the judge arrives to measure it, so basically can it hit the end of a hook or the frying pan?
