12th Annual Halloween Rockfish Tournament

Well got out with Some friends and fished the Halloween Rock fish Tourney. Started out at 7 drifting the inlet for the first few hours nothing hitting, some people were hitting the Tog by the south jetty. Around 11 the bite started we could see other boats hitting some rocks not a lot thou around 11:45 I nailed one rock about 28 I let that one go, I know it would not even place. Fished some more in the same spot and a friend Bill hook a Stargazer, at the time we had no clue what it was not even the DNR police knew found out later at the weight in. After 12ish the bite was over. Tryed around the bridge with no luck then back to the inlet with the same results. Around 2:30 called it a day and headed over to Harbor Side for the hospitality party and some beers. Over all one nice day fishing.

Bob were you out in this Tourney. Thought I saw you?
