Thumbs up Marlin Moon Grille

Carrie, Samantha and I had a great dinner at the Marlin Moon Grille tonight. We were going to eat at Outback, but they had nearly a 2 hour wait, so we checked out Sekura (sp?) just behind outback.

We finally decided on MMG and had a great time. Samantha had all the chocolate milk she could drink. I had all I could eat! I started off with a deep fried soft shell crab and Carrie had a house salad and jumbo shrimp. For dinner, Carrie had a bowl of cream of crab soup and I had the crab cake, mahi mahi and Jumbo shrimp combo meal. Also had mashed potato's and lightly steamed veggies. Top it off with a couple blue moons and we were set.

Excellent meal and atmosphere. 9/10

Marlin Moon is probably our favorite restaurant in OC. We started going there when it was over to the old OC Marlin Club. We have yet to have a bad meal there, I don't even think we've had a mediocre meal. Always awesome, always waddle out of there. We even got carryout from MMG when we stayed at the FSK and that was good.

It's a little pricey, but worth every cent. Do NOT judge Marlin Moon Grill by the menu that they have on line. Gary Beach, the chef, uses the freshest ingredients and they have a list of appetizer/dinner specials as long as your servers arm.
ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah, agreed I've always had very good food & fast freindly service at MMG Gary is wthout a doubt one of the best around and he is self-taught if you don't know where Marlin Moon Grill is, it's on the left side of the main entrance of the Francis Scott Key Motel on Rt 50 next to the Royal Farm store/Delmarva Sporting Shop before you get into OC
