they are the best, I've never waited or paid for a part...AND rarely need them. Usually just clicker paws that wear out, and not from catching fish, from forgetting they are on and trying to cast...man they are loud!

i completely agree, i sent 2 corsair reels back for service and got an email a few days later. i was told that one was a recalled reel and they gave me a new one for free with the new updated parts. and the other was replaced for the $20 min service charge. it was cheaper for them to replace then i was to repair. i was happily astonished.
